The best way to ensure that you are happy with even the smallest task is to start doing what makes you happy.

For instance, if you love writing, then write every day—even if it’s just for 20 minutes at a time. If you enjoy cooking dinner, do it every night whether or not anyone else shows up. If you love hiking and exploring nature, go on walks every day for whatever length of time suits your schedule.

This is a small step that will lead to big changes in your life!

People who work hard tend to forget about themselves sometimes. It’s easy to put in all the hours and get caught up in the hustle, but it’s important not to neglect your well-being and happiness levels in order to achieve goals like “I want this job” or “I want that promotion.”
